Refund Policy
At TAU, we are constantly working to provide quality products with safe and timely delivery to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not happy with the product or want it to be returned or exchanged, please review our return and refund policy below.
Product Return Conditions
We have a 5-day return policy, meaning after you receive the product you can place your request for product return within the 5 days period.
Products Eligible for Returns
Your ordered sneaker(s) must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the original packaging including all the tags and accessories
You will also need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase when returning the sneakers. Ensure that the product is in the same condition as you received it, free from any damage or wear signs.
Non-Returnable Items
As per our policy, we cannot accept certain items that include:
- Sneakers with signs of wear or that have been worn
- Sneakers not returned with the original tag, purchase receipt, or order proof, and not in original packaging

How to Return?
To return your product, contact our customer support team at support@itstau.com for a return authorization request. Provide your order number and reason for return in the request. After your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your product to us.

It is recommended to use a shipping service that provides a product tracking feature to ensure the product reaches us safely and securely. After we inspect the returned sneaker(s), we will process the refund or replacement as per the policy.
Note: Articles returned without first requesting return authorization will not be accepted.

Sneaker Damages and Issues
It is recommended that all customers inspect the product thoroughly upon receiving their ordered sneaker. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately.
Exchanges
If you are looking to exchange your sneaker for a different style or size, you need to first place a request for return. Once the return is accepted, proceed to place a separate order for the sneaker you wish to buy.
Refunds
Once you have returned your sneaker and product inspection is completed, we will notify you of the return approval or rejection. After approval of your product return, we will initiate the refund process, and the amount will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Remember that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and reflect the refunded amount in your account.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
